Exotic tropical vacation. Holiday survival? Yup, it's that point of year when most are yearning for the most recent tips and tricks on a way to survive the holiday season without adding another six to ten pounds before January turns the corner.

O.K. fine. only for the sake of keeping with personal trainer holiday tradition, here are my tips to stay the pounds off throughout the holiday season:

1. Do high intensity interval training for your cardio.

2. think less regarding the length of your workout and additional regarding the intensity.
