To prepare yourself to be a good mother, you need to enrich the knowledge of baby care and post delivery health care. There would be emotional and physical changes that would happen during this period and one needs to be emotionally prepared to keep herself adjusted. It is he who has to give her the care, comfort, and the confidence to prepare herself to become a matured, healthy and loving mother.
